Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services across various digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive results. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads/sales.

2. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.

3. Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign performance based on data analysis.

4. Utilize A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Manage the company's social media accounts and oversee content creation, engagement, and community management.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, sales) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

7. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track ROI and generate reports for senior management.

8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to improve results.

9. Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies as needed.

10. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.

3. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable insights.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative marketing strategies.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

8. Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign performance to achieve ROI targets.

9. Familiarity with web design and development principles is a plus.

10. Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
