### What is the work?


• Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
• will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products across various digital channels.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, community management, and performance analysis.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.






### What skills and experience are we looking for?


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
• Should be willing to work in shifts that coincide with the US client 's shift.
• Should be able to manage global teams.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and influencer marketing programs.
