Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that will drive significant traffic, brand awareness, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with DIKAZO's overall business objectives.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels , including SEO, SEM (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Develop and oversee content creation (including product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, etc.) that engages target audiences and drives conversions.
• Manage and optimize website traffic acquisition through paid and organic channels.
• Analyze website analytics and marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Manage social media presence across various platforms, including developing engaging content calendars, scheduling posts, and fostering community interaction.
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and implement them to improve DIKAZO's online presence.
• Collaborate with other departments including product, sales, and customer service to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Develop and manage budgets for all digital marketing activities.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of the online retail landscape.
