### What is the work?


• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with clients' business objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Present campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance analysis to clients.
• Address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Monitor expenditures and adjust budgets as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Implement new and innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Share insights and recommendations with the team and clients.
• Provide estimates for digital marketing and SEO projects.
• Offer pre-sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.






### What skills and experience are we looking for?


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is essential for this role, as it plays a crucial part in our marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google AdWords, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
