Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team in Noida, Sector 4. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, along with a creative and analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: o Design and execute campaigns to promote real estate projects across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing.
2. Content Creation and Management: o Create engaging and relevant content for the company's website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters. o Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): o Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine ranking. o Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and SEO tools.
4. Social Media Marketing: o Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. o Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: o Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms. o Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
6. Email Marketing: o Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with potential buyers. o Monitor email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
7. Lead Generation: o Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads through various digital channels. o Track and report on lead generation metrics.
8. Performance Analysis: o Monitor key metrics and prepare reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. o Use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
9. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: o Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the real estate industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Immediate availability to join.
