Job Overview: We seek a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing including a minimum of 5 years experience in affiliate marketing with SaaS companies to join our Founder\'s team. Your expertise in affiliate programs, partnerships, and digital marketing will be crucial in expanding our brand presence and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand visibility, increase traffic, and generate qualified leads Sign up with product companies for their partner program and build strong relationships to maximize program success. Regularly evaluate and expand the affiliate network to ensure optimal coverage Collaborate with internal teams to develop attractive offers, promotions, and marketing materials that resonate with buyers and drive conversion rates Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve results. Keep abreast of the latest trends, strategies, and technologies in affiliate marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in social media and content marketing. Proven expertise in copywriting and creative content creation. Demonstrated experience in inbound and social media campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO and inbound marketing as a channel. Ability to think creatively and develop engaging, viral social media campaigns. Experience with creative design tools like Canva, MS Designer, Adobe Spark, Figma, etc. Experience with social and content marketing tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive things with minimal hand-holding.
