Designation: Digital Marketing Manager (Meta & PPC)
Qualification: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
Experience: 4+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Meta and PPC strategies: Craft and implement effective Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads) campaigns aligned with the company\'s business objectives to generate high-quality leads.
  • Campaign management and optimization: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding, targeting, and landing page optimization. Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize ROI.
  • Lead generation and qualification: Develop lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers. Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize high-quality leads for sales teams.
  • Budget management: Effectively allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired ROI.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in Meta and PPC advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platform (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM software for lead management.
  • Understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with bid management tools and automation platforms.
