We\'re looking for a world-class Digital Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute a compelling digital strategy to drive awareness, lead generation and conversion for a number of products across our core markets. We are a highly collaborative and passionate team with an ambitious growth trajectory, and digital marketing will play a crucial role in how we realise our vision. Responsibilities Manage digital channel performance, including paid and organic search, paid social, programmatic advertising and our website to drive quality traffic within a specified budget and in line with wider marketing campaigns. Track, report and make recommendations on all activities, using data to continually optimise campaign and channel performance through monthly reports. Provide detailed reports on lead funnel performance, including inbound leads, MQLS, SLQ, opportunities and closed deals by audience type, geography and channel/campaign source with recommendations on where to invest more or fewer resources/budget. Complete ownership of link tracking, channel and campaign attribution and ROI reporting Management of the Third Bridge website (WordPress) - Reviewing and maintaining the site performance, and visibility, working with our web developer and web designer to refine the site performance, UX and visitor conversion rates. Work with our SEO agency to define and implement the SEO strategy for different target audiences and actively manage the company\'s page authority, domain authority, backlinks and content recommendations. Take ownership of the sales and marketing CRM (Pardot and Salesforce) to optimise data standards, campaign setup, audience segmentation, lead capture, nurture and conversion Act as project lead for any digital project such as web development, marketing automation, database updates, prospecting data collection, data enrichment etc. Manage our digital agencies and freelance web developer Collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing strategy definition, programs and objectives Build a culture of performance and documentation across markets, creating tools for the team to autonomously run campaigns and measure results Stay on top of industry trends, technologies and platforms in digital marketing Qualifications At least 4 years\' experience in the digital marketing space Significant experience in growth marketing disciplines including experience in paid performance marketing, SEO and website CRO with impactful results (lead and opportunity creation, conversion rates, and closed won business) A deep understanding of customer behavior and how digital marketing should be optimised to contribute to growth goals and conversion through the user funnel Proficiency with quantitative and data visualisation tools to extract insights, including multi-touch attribution, marketing automation, A/B testing and beyond In depth experience in Wordpress, Google Analytics (3 and 4), Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Pardot, Salesforce Deep knowledge of optimising paid social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube Highly collaborative, and can align with a range of stakeholders across commercial and product teams Excellent English communication skills, both in writing and speaking The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Supremely organised with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits Additional Information Competitive salary and bonus structure 18 days PTO in addition to bank holidays The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the country they are applying 8 casual days off a year for wellbeing 2 days\' off per year for community/corporate responsibility activity Flexible career and development path, with opportunities to gain a wide range of transferable skills Beverages and snacks provided in the office Employee Provident Fund A yearly People Development Allowance which can be used for study support Flexible working Medical insurance - includes spouse and children
