• DigitalVia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, website making.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to achieve targets.
• Lead a team of digital marketing, providing guidance, and support to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement in digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing digital campaigns and teams.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) .
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of digital marketers.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate digital marketing strategies and results.
• Proven track record of driving digital marketing initiatives that resulted in increased traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) would be an advantage.
