Position: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Mohali Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Oversee the company\'s social media accounts and develop engaging content.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
  • Content Creation and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality and engaging content for various digital platforms.
  • Utilize content marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company\'s online presence and search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Monitor budgets, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating basic visual content.
