We at VIS are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within the study abroad industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing strategies tailored to diverse student demographics and have a proven track record of driving successful recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
-Developing Marketing Strategies:
• Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Utilize insights to devise innovative marketing approaches to attract and engage target audiences.
-Lead generation:
• Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture prospective student leads.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop lead qualification processes and ensure seamless handover of leads for conversion.
-Leading Team Efforts:
• Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Delegate tasks and projects effectively, ensuring the team's workload is managed efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Provide ongoing guidance, support, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
-Implementing Marketing Campaigns:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing guidelines in all promotional materials and communications.
-Brand management:
• Maintain and enhance the organization's brand image across all marketing channels.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning.
-Monitoring Budgets and Resources:
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to support planned initiatives and activities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve results.
Required- Candidate should have experience in restaurant or retail stores.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation. Experience in the education or study abroad sector is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing systems, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex ideas effectively.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experience with marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
