We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve company goals.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Campaign Management:
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Use data and insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• SEO/SEM Management:
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers and content creators.
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with data-driven analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
