We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media, search engine optimization (SEO), social media optimization (SMO), and the ability to run effective digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently, as well as collaboratively with other teams, to drive online visibility, engagement, and growth for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and potential opportunities for engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research to identify SEO opportunities and improve organic search rankings.
• Optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages to enhance visibility on search engines.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, backlinks, and other optimization techniques.
• Track website performance using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and provide insights for improvement.

• Social Media Optimization (SMO):
• Optimize social media profiles and content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Use SMO tactics to drive traffic from social media platforms to the website.
• Analyze metrics to understand social media impact and improve campaign performance.

• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling campaign assets (ad creatives, videos, banners, etc.).
• Track the performance of digital campaigns, including CPC, CPM, ROI, and other key metrics, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• A/B test different aspects of campaigns (ads, landing pages, etc.) to improve performance.

• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, SEO rankings, and social media metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing activities, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to implement the latest digital marketing strategies.

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with other team members, including the content, design, and sales teams, to ensure alignment in digital marketing strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new marketing ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, SEO, and SMO.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their marketing tools.
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.) is a plus.
• Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certification.
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing materials.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
