Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its services. The role will also involve enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The Digital Marketing Manager will identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Strategy Development: Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, display advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging digital content that aligns with brand and marketing goals.
• SEO/SEM Management: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Email Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
• Technology and Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and recommend new strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
