Key Responsibilities
•SEO Optimization:•
1. •Strategy Development:•
- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, high-conversion opportunities.
2. •On-Page Optimization:•
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Ensure website is mobile-friendly and optimized for speed and usability.
3. •Content Strategy:•
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
4. •Technical SEO:•
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of structured data, sitemaps, and robot.txt files.
5. •Analytics and Reporting:•
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
•Social Media Management:•
1. •Strategy and Planning:•
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and manage social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
2. •Content Creation and Management:•
- Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay relevant.
3. •Community Engagement:•
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers and influencers.
4. •Analytics and Reporting:•
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
5. •Paid Social Campaigns:•
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different ad strategies.
Qualifications
- •Education:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- •Experience:•
- 1+ years of experience in SEO and social media management.
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving social media engagement.
- •Skills:•
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
