We are actively Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a deep passion for Growth Hacking and Social Media Engagement to join our emerging Social Media Engagement team. This position entails the strategic planning, meticulous execution, and continuous optimization of our online marketing initiatives. We are in search of an individual driven by a true passion for the world of marketing and advertising. Roles & Responsibilities B2B Marketing Win Empanelments - Must be able to B2B Marketing strategy to effectively spot and target CXOs (CEOs, CTOs, CDOs and other C Suite level executives) to identify the companies that have requirements and get Hiringhood empaneled with Employers. Work with Sales Teams - Must understand the Sales Cycle and collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing team to feed the sales funnel relentlessly. Generate Leads - Must be able to come up with unique acquisition strategies to find, engage and onboard employers to the CRM and to create Qualified Leads. Email Campaigns - Run effective email campaigns to convert existing dormant leads into active employers by running re-engagement campaigns. Landing pages - Collaborate with the Recops team and Sales teams to make website modifications i.e. create new landing pages, or create new marketing collaterals on the website, including but not limited to images, videos, gifs, podcasts, blogs and other content formats to make it fit for purpose. One on One B2B Conversations - Effectively track the leads generated on the platform on a daily basis and proactively communicate with the clients who reach the website and hand hold them to conversion with the sales team. B2C Marketing Social Media Campaigns - Run Social Media campaigns with the explicit purpose of increasing the number of applicants for all the open jobs/ open contests on Hirnghood.com Job Distribution - Must be able to distribute jobs across 20 - 50 different job boards to generate maximum number of views and applications for the jobs and keep the recruitment assembly line full at all times. Work with RecOps Team - Work with recruitment operations team on a daily basis to evaluate the recruitment pipeline/assembly line and trigger supply from various sources by opening supply taps from different sources including but not limited to job boards, third party recruitment vendors, placement offices, career accelerators and make sure that the pipeline is always full. Community Building - Build groups on all major social networks and increase the number of followers with various acquisition, activation and retention strategies with the express purpose of bringing the distribution cost of acquiring new job seekers to zero. Collaborate - Work effectively with multiple Sales and Marketing Agencies and create an ecosystem of third party agencies to conceptualize and execute various strategies on a BOT - Build Operate Transfer Model. Must have skills Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Hiringhood\'s business objectives and target audience demographics. Good understanding of planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and derive actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and impactful digital content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and social media posts. Lead the development and optimization of Hiringhood\'s website, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized conversion funnels, and adherence to best practices. Oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising initiatives, including display ads, retargeting campaigns, and native advertising. Proficiency in using social media management apps and marketing automation tools like Hootsuite. Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Must be able to identify new channels for Growth Hacking and must be able to evaluate new tools and technologies to automate marketing campaigns. Good to have skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing metrics. Creative thinking and a strong aptitude for problem-solving. A strong passion for digital marketing, a willingness to learn new tools and tech savviness. Ability to work with programmatic advertising and the ability to compare and contrast between campaigns across different platforms. Ability to automate marketing on instant messaging Apps/Channels like Whatsapp, telegram, Slack, etc,. using NoCode tools like WATI. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. Certifications in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
