Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Casadenza. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with experience in B2B and B2C marketing. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving sales across our product categories, including luxury stone veneers and lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns tailored for the architectural and interior design industries.
• Create marketing plans for new market entries, focusing on Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Design and implement engaging content strategies for social media platforms, email marketing, and blogs.
• Write SEO-optimized content targeting keywords relevant to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Develop ad campaigns and promotions to attract franchisees, distributors, and dealers.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Optimize website content to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and implement link-building strategies.
• Paid Advertising (PPC):
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Lead Generation:
• Use CRM tools and digital channels to generate and nurture leads.
• Develop email marketing campaigns targeting architects, contractors, and interior designers.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze campaign performance.
• Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Market Research:
• Monitor trends in the stone veneer and lifestyle industries.
• Research competitors and recommend strategies for differentiation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building materials, interior design, or luxury goods.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and content marketing.
• Graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
