Job Description

As a Social Media Operations Specialist at VSERV CAPITAL SERIVCES, you will be instrumental in managing our social media platforms and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. Your role will focus on optimizing our social media presence, analyzing performance metrics, and driving impactful campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive content calendars that align with strategic goals and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster positive interactions.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase audience reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Analytics and Insights: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Social Listening and Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and online conversations, leveraging insights to enhance content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and customer support to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, ).
• Relevant certifications in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification, Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics) to track performance and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is desirable.
• Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in social media and digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
