Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: GurgaonShift: Day Shift from Monday to SaturdayJob Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company\'s products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Campaign Management: Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, emails, social media, and paid advertising) to ensure brand consistency.Content Creation: Coordinate with the content team to produce high-quality content for various digital platforms.SEO & SEM: Optimize the website and content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring continuous improvement.Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and other customer communications.Budget Management: Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.Innovation: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing roles.Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
