Job Description


The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Your expertise in SEO and Ads management will be crucial to the success of our marketing strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Management:
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and develop an SEO strategy.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
  • Analyze and improve organic search rankings and CTRs.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building and technical SEO.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ads Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Perform keyword research and bid management for paid search campaigns.
  • Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and A/B testing for ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, analyze data, and generate performance reports.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting of campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve ad performance.
  • Content Strategy:
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for SEO.
  • Develop content strategies that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and target audience.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing software to track and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaigns and overall digital strategy.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to create high-performing digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and PPC advertising.
  • Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and paid ad management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Experience with social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development.
