We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our advertising campaigns and manage a team focused on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with deep expertise in digital advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, and possess a passion for building high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ads Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets to achieve optimal results and KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to improve ad performance.
• Manage paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and branding.
• Team Management & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and accountability.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, ensuring they are aligned with company goals.
• Provide regular feedback, training, and professional development opportunities to the team.
• Monitor team performance, ensure deadlines are met, and proactively address challenges.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting:
• Work closely with senior management to develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Report regularly on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Budget Management:
• Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within financial guidelines while achieving maximum ROI.
• Manage media buying and negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality ad placements.
• Stay Ahead of Digital Trends:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
