The Digital Marketing Manager/Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and/or services. He or she will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of SEO, SMM, PR, and proficiency in Facebook and Instagram marketing. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong content writing skills and the ability to create engaging creatives for social media and the website.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic search traffic.
  • Manage and oversee social media strategy, with a particular focus on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Oversee and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Design and create visually appealing creatives for social media posts, advertisements, and the website.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PR strategies and how to apply them in digital campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Excellent content writing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Experience in creating and designing visually appealing creatives for social media and websites.
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
