The Role: We\'re searching for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our organic growth efforts. You\'ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy, creating high-quality content that attracts qualified leads, and analyzing data to ensure we\'re constantly optimizing our campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven SEO strategy to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to target high-value keywords.
- Optimize website content and technical SEO for search engines.
- Manage content creation, ensuring content is informative, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Generate leads through organic search and other digital marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as content marketing and sales, to achieve marketing goals.
- 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and lead generation and email marketing.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and lead generation through SEO efforts.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with content creation and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience with PPC advertising (e.g., Google Ads).
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience in a management consulting.
