As a Digital Marketing Manager at Communication Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies, promoting our wireless retail and hospitality/hotel businesses. You will be responsible for planning, executing and managing the team for measuring marketing campaigns that enhance our brand, engage our customers, drive our sales and promote our business growth. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the wireless retail and hospitality/hotel sectors. These strategies should align with the company\'s goals and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences and industry trends. Use this information to identify opportunities for growth, market differentiation and target audiences. \xc2\xb7 Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, online advertising and search engine optimization (SEO). Ensure that the online presence is strong and customer-friendly. \xc2\xb7 Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters and website content to increase customer engagement and new follower rate on all social platforms. \xc2\xb7 Advertising and Promotion: Plan and manage advertising campaigns both online and offline. This includes budget allocation, selecting advertising channels and monitoring campaign performance and sales proposals. \xc2\xb7 Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand image of the wireless retail and hospitality/hotel business. Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and touchpoints. \xc2\xb7 Customer Engagement: Implement sales strategies to engage with customers and build strong relationships. This could include loyalty programs, feedback mechanisms and customer support initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Partnerships and Sponsorships: Explore and establish partnerships or sponsorships that can enhance the company\'s visibility and reputation in the industry. \xc2\xb7 Event Planning: Organize and promote events/promotions that drive foot traffic to retail locations or attract guests to hospitality/hotel properties that will increase sales productivity. \xc2\xb7 Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors\' marketing strategies and adjust your own strategies accordingly to stay competitive. \xc2\xb7 Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals. \xc2\xb7 Analytics and Reporting: Use data and analytic tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns. Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, make data-driven decisions for improvements and to help optimize the sales process by providing relevant consumer data. \xc2\xb7 Team Leadership: Lead and manage a creative and digital marketing team, including hiring, training, and setting performance goals. \xc2\xb7 Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the wireless industry, which may have specific compliance requirements. \xc2\xb7 Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to make informed marketing decisions and improve products or services. \xc2\xb7 Vendor and Agency Management: If necessary, work with external vendors and marketing agencies to execute specific marketing initiatives effectively. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals and objectives. Develop forecast, statistical models, segmentation schemes and data-driven analysis for operational leadership. Analyze service to achieve objectives by providing monthly reporting to improve efficacy. Proficient in Tools: \xc2\xb7 Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel help in tracking website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. \xc2\xb7 SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console help in keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitoring website performance on search engines. \xc2\xb7 Social Media Management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later. \xc2\xb7 Email Marketing Platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot Email Marketing help in creating, sending, and tracking email campaigns. \xc2\xb7 PPC Advertising Platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Facebook Ads Manager. \xc2\xb7 A/B Testing tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO help in testing different variations of landing pages, emails, or ads. Expected KPIs : \xc2\xb7 Website Traffic: Measure the total number of visitors to the website, as well as the sources of traffic (organic search, direct, referral, social media, etc.). \xc2\xb7 Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action, such as making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or filling out a contact form. \xc2\xb7 Cost per Acquisition (CPA): Calculate the average cost of acquiring a new customer or lead through digital marketing efforts. \xc2\xb7 Return on Investment (ROI): Measure the overall profitability of digital marketing campaigns by comparing the revenue generated to the cost of running the campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Click-Through Rate (CTR): Evaluate the effectiveness of ads or email campaigns by measuring the percentage of users who click on a link compared to the total number of users who view the ad or email. \xc2\xb7 Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Estimate the total revenue generated by a customer over the entire duration of their relationship with the business, helping to assess the long-term impact of marketing efforts. \xc2\xb7 Email Open Rate and Click-Through Rate: Measure the percentage of recipients who open marketing emails and click on the links within them, indicating engagement and interest. \xc2\xb7 Social Media Engagement: Track metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and retweets to gauge the level of engagement and interaction with social media content. \xc2\xb7 Search Engine Rankings: Monitor the position of relevant keywords in search engine results pages (SERPs) to assess the effectiveness of SEO efforts in improving website visibility. \xc2\xb7 Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Determine the average cost of acquiring a new customer, including all marketing and sales expenses. \xc2\xb7 Bounce Rate: Measure the percentage of visitors who leave the website without interacting with any other pages, indicating the relevance and effectiveness of the landing pages. \xc2\xb7 Content Engagement Metrics: Assess the performance of content marketing efforts by tracking metrics such as time spent on page, scroll depth, and social shares. Minimum Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Marketing Manager Professional in the wireless retail and/or hospitality/hotel industry (3-5 years.) \xc2\xb7 Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work both independently and in a team. \xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance (if applicable.)
