The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing graphics, managing our social media pages, conducting ad campaigns, maintaining our WordPress website, and optimizing our web content for search engines. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical capability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Graphic Designing:
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphic content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
- Update and maintain the companys WordPress website.
- Ensure the website is functionally robust and aesthetically appealing.
- Optimize website content for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and generate SEO-friendly content.
- Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
- Monitor emerging digital tools and platforms, adapting and integrating them where beneficial.
- Collaborate with different content creators and departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Skills with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
