We are looking for Performance Marketing Managers who are experienced with Google OR Meta Ads OR both. Preferably from an Agency background, having grown multiple brands with at least some having over 10L monthly ad spends. Youd be a perfect fit, if you:
- love marketing and advertising.
- love ideating and experimenting frugally and growing brands.
- already have 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
- have expertise in B2B Lead generation, Performance Marketing ads, E-commerce Conversion Ads.
- have expertise in running Google or Meta ads
- are highly data-focussed in your research and decision making.
- love collaborating with multiple people to ideate creative ways of marketing a brand.
- have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations and marketing reports.
- love setting big goals and taking them down strategically. \xe2\x80\xa2 love taking responsibilities and managing multiple priorities.
- We are specifically looking who have expertise in paid ads,PPC, Social Media Ads (Meta,Insta,Linkedin), who have experience in B2B lead generation (Real estate, Interior Design, health industry)and e-commerce conversion ads for multiple niches like (Beauty product, fashion products, edtech courses etc) and know funnel creation.
- managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting
- managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and being able to explain the rationale for your decisions and getting their approvals on plans
- doing cross-platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing each brand
- learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to create a high performance eco-system \xe2\x80\xa2 delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brands goals
- understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and landing pages basis customer behavior analysis
- guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth \xe2\x80\xa2 continuously learning and becoming a top 1% performance marketer (yes, legit this is a serious responsibility as a part of your job and we will help you get there)
