Job Description


: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our IT SaaS company. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aimed at driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and maximizing conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, SaaS products, and digital marketing best practices. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Create and execute effective digital marketing strategies to promote our IT SaaS market. This includes identifying target audiences, selecting the most suitable digital channels, and defining clear objectives and KPIs. Manage digital campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI. Website optimization: Oversee the optimization of our company website for search engines (SEO) and user experience. Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary improvements, track website analytics, and conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for enhancement. Content strategy and creation: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our target audience and key messaging. Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters, to engage and educate our audience. Lead generation and nurturing: Implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture high-quality leads. Utilize marketing automation tools and tactics to nurture leads through the sales funnel and drive conversions. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Data analysis and reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversions, email open rates, and social media engagement. Utilize data insights to optimize campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Competitive analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and stay ahead of industry developments. Team collaboration and management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus. 10+ years Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the IT industry, preferably in SaaS. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation systems, and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
