- Lead Management & Conversion- Respond to inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and our website promptly.- Engage potential customers with a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach.- Qualify leads based on service requirements, location, and urgency.- Follow up on undecided leads, re-engaging them to maximize conversions.- Track and manage all leads using our CRM (GoHighLevel). Sales & Customer Relations- Close bookings over WhatsApp and calls with a strong focus on customer needs.- Upsell and cross-sell services, maximizing the value of each booking.- Provide accurate service recommendations based on customer needs.- Ensure a seamless handover of confirmed bookings to the operations team. Process Optimization & Reporting- Monitor lead conversion rates and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.- Identify common objections and refine responses to improve closing rates.- Report daily conversion performance and suggest strategies for improvement. Key Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion (preferably in a service-based business).- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred), and call handling.- Persuasive & proactive sales approach, with a track record of converting leads into paying customers.- Strong organization skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet conversion targets.- Knowledge of the car detailing industry is a plus, but not required.
