Job Description


Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The candidate should be familiar with a variety of digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content creation, and social media management.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Development:

  • Assist in creating and executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Engage with followers and build a strong online community.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
Paid Advertising (PPC & Display Ads):
  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results.
  • Maintain ad budgets, and ensure timely reporting.
Email Marketing:
  • Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Monitor email metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Content Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create blog posts, infographics, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Write compelling copy for websites, landing pages, and emails.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
  • Monitor ROI and key metrics to gauge campaign success.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing efforts.
Stay Updated:
  • Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of website development tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix) is a plus.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships is a plus.
