Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist for ANZ Landscaping, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement of our landscaping services. This position requires a creative and analytical mindset, with a focus on leveraging digital platforms to drive lead generation and customer retention.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate compelling content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality written and visual content for the company website, blog, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.

Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer communication.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for increased effectiveness.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings.

Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the company website with fresh and relevant content.
Monitor website analytics, track user behavior, and implement improvements based on data insights.

Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings across various platforms.
Implement strategies to enhance and maintain a positive online reputation.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the landscaping or home improvement industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM strategies.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
