Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary :
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products or services. The role requires expertise in all areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and website analytics. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop Digital Marketing Campaigns :
• Create and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to promote products, services, or events.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns to increase online visibility.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and product descriptions to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO techniques.
• Social Media Marketing :
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), create engaging content, and monitor user engagement.
• Develop and implement paid social media ad campaigns to target specific audiences.
• Content Creation :
• Write and produce compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to generate creative assets (images, videos, infographics).
• Email Marketing :
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and increase conversion rates.
• Segment email lists and conduct A/B testing to improve performance.
• Analytics and Reporting :
• Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Paid Advertising (PPC) :
• Plan and execute paid search (Google Ads) and display advertising campaigns.
• Manage budgets, track performance, and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
• Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization :
• Focus on driving high-quality leads through various digital channels.
• Analyze and improve landing page performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
• Stay Updated on Digital Trends :
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Proactively explore new opportunities and platforms for reaching target audiences.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience : 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools : Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot).
• SEO & SEM Expertise : Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and hands-on experience with both paid and organic search.
• Content Marketing : Ability to create and manage high-quality, engaging content that drives conversions.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze digital marketing data and make strategic decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Project Management : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creativity : Ability to develop innovative campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
