Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Intern, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all social media and digital content posts are made on time and according to our communication calendar. You will also assist in developing, scheduling, and managing content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Scheduling & Posting : Ensure all social media posts, blog posts, and other digital content are posted on time across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Content Calendar Management : Maintain and update the content calendar regularly, ensuring timely execution of the marketing plan.
• Coordination with Creative Team : Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure all assets (graphics, copy, etc.) are prepared and ready for posting according to the schedule.
• Platform Monitoring : Monitor the performance of posts and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
• Assisting in Campaigns : Support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and more.
• Basic Copywriting : Assist in drafting captions, headlines, and other short-form content where necessary.
• Social Media Monitoring : Engage with followers, respond to comments, and track trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
• Administrative Support : Help with digital marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for marketing.

Stipend & Benefits
