Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media posts across various platforms.
• Design and implement automated sales funnels and newsletters to generate and convert leads.
• Manage administrative tasks related to digital marketing operations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop organic social media marketing strategies using AI tools.
• Help with the design, management, and optimization of WordPress websites.
• Oversee CRM management to maintain and nurture customer relationships.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize content management on WordPress, ensuring website performance and user experience.
• Lead search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to increase website visibility, traffic, and paid search campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in executing paid advertising strategies and managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective strategy execution.
• Facilitate job application processes for clients by coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of client qualifications and profiles in all submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in written English.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, SEM, CRM management, and sales funnel design is a plus.
• Experience with Google Ads and other SEM platforms.
• Must be familiar with content creation and content generation tools such as ChatGPT or other AI-powered tools.
• Willingness to work full-time and relocate to Siliguri.
• Interest in long-term career growth with the company.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
