Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Management:
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blog posts, emails, and website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for new content and campaigns.
• Design visuals, graphics, and layouts for social media posts and ads using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and update social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across all social platforms.
• Engage with followers, monitor comments, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research to optimize website content for search engines.
• Assist in updating website content to align with SEO best practices.
• Analyze competitors and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Email Marketing:
• Help create, design, and send email campaigns through email marketing platforms.
• Monitor email campaign performance and provide reports on key metrics.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media, website, and other digital channels.
• Assist in gathering insights for improving content and strategies based on data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing activities.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities and platforms.
