Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy and Execution :
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage campaigns across various channels, including search engines (SEO/SEM), social media, email, and display advertising.
Content Marketing :
• Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality and targeted materials.
SEO/SEM :
• Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings and traffic.
• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and analyze keyword performance.
Analytics and Reporting :
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting software.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve ROI.
Social Media Management :
• Plan and execute strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Engage with the audience to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Email Marketing :
• Create, schedule, and monitor email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Segment email lists for targeted communication.
Performance Optimization :
• Test and optimize ad creative, landing pages, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
• A/B test campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration and Communication :
• Work with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and development, to ensure cohesive branding.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Creative Skills :
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
