Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Design and edit visually appealing images and graphics for posts.
• Create engaging and creative post copies tailored to various social media platforms.
• Develop short-form video content, including reels and YouTube shorts.
• Video Editing:
• Edit videos for various purposes, including campaigns, advertisements, and organic content.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions to enhance visual appeal.
• Social Media Management:
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize content performance.
• Ad Campaign Management:
• Assist in creating and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Monitor ad performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
• Research & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Conduct competitor analysis and propose new strategies for brand growth.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and report performance metrics for campaigns and social media platforms.
• Provide insights to improve strategies based on data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of running ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram (preferred but not mandatory).
