Job Title: Digital Marketing / Accounting / Software Developer

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Digital Marketing - Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
• SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and execute SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails. Track and analyze open rates, click-through rates, and other metrics to optimize performance.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience behavior. Use insights to inform and refine digital marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in same field.

Experience: 0-6 Months of experience in relevant field

Technical Skills: Experience in relevant field

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Creativity: Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective strategies.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
