Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
• Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Develop high-quality content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Manage the company's website and ensure it is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
• Social Media Management:
• Oversee all company social media accounts.
• Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.
• SEO and SEM:
• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights.
• Email Marketing:
• Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future emails.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights to improve performance metrics.
• Budget Management:
• Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Track spending and ROI of digital campaigns.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with sales, design, and product development teams.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Implement best practices and innovative strategies in the digital marketing landscape.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing within the laminate or related industry.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
