• Campaign Execution & Management:
• Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign data to assess performance (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• A/B Testing:
Support A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to optimize campaigns for better performance and user engagement.Help identify and define target audiences using data and insights to ensure campaigns reach the right demographic, interest, and behavior groups.Assist with ongoing optimization of campaigns to improve performance metrics, such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and new digital marketing opportunities to provide insights for future campaigns.Work closely with team members in creative, content, and analytics to align performance marketing efforts with the overall brand strategy and objectives.Help support the creation of ad copy and creative assets, ensuring they align with campaign goals and best practices.Assist in managing and tracking media spend across multiple channels to ensure campaigns stay within budget. • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and data-driven strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in working with data and numbers.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
