: We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives Oversee paid search and display campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and optimization Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and optimization Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, and infographics Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement Manage and mentor junior team members Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of success Expertise in a variety of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing Proven experience managing and optimizing paid search and display campaigns Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
