Urgent Hiring - Digital Marketing Head

Location: Madurai

Responsibilities:

StrategicPlanning: ? Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies for all current and future brands

. ? Drive online brand positioning, awareness, and customer engagement across B2B and B2C segments. ? Set and monitor digital marketing goals aligned with business objectives, ensuring achievement of lead generation, campaignROI, and engagement targets. TeamLeadership

: ? Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including three BrandMarketing Managers (Hospital Brand, Master Brand).

? Conduct regular team reviews, provide feedback, and fosterprofessional development. Digital Marketing Execution: ? Oversee online campaigns, including SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, content marketing, and email/WhatsApp integrations. ? Guide brand campaigns, product launches, lead generationinitiatives, and customer engagement activities.

? Ensure timely execution of digital marketing calendars and campaignschedules. AnalyticsGReporting:

? Track, analyze, and optimize digital campaign performance metricsacross all brands. ? Generate and present comprehensive digital marketing performancereports.

? Adjust strategies based on performance insights to meet business goals. Measurement Metrics: ? Achievement of digital marketing goals (lead generation, campaignROI, online visibility). ? Growth in customer engagement and digital audience reach.

? Social media growth and content performance metrics. ? Website traffic, lead conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

? Team performance and digital project delivery timelines.

Educational?ualifications G Experience:

? Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field (preferred). ? Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in digital marketing leadershiproles, with a proven track record in managing multi-channel online campaigns, SEO, PPC, and B2B/B2C digital growth. SkillsRequired: ? Expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms. ? Proficiency in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, andcontent-driven growth. ? Strong analytical and performance optimization skills. ? Excellent project management, leadership, and teamcoordinationabilities. ? Experience in using CRM, marketing automation tools, and analyticsplatforms.

Languages : English, Hindi and Tamil

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,299.97 - ?36,469.44 per month
