Job Overview:As a Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will play a crucial role in driving online brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and optimizing digital channels to achieve business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify key digital marketing trends and insights, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness. Online Brand Presence:Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent brand image across all digital channels.
Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent in all digital marketing efforts. Campaign Management:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for optimization. Social Media Management:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platforms for potential integration. Content Strategy:Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Analytics and Performance Tracking:Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback. Budget Management:Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of web development and design principles.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or related field.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 50,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month Benefits:
