Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager

Location : AHMADABAD

Job Type : Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, generate leads, and ultimately grow our revenue. You'll work closely with other marketing and creative team members to create effective campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development : Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Content Creation : Develop and manage content for website, blog, and social media channels, ensuring that it aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• SEO & SEM : Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and manage pay-per-click campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the site.
• Social Media Management : Create, manage, and grow our presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, track, and analyze performance data (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Email Marketing : Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote content, and drive engagement.
• Customer Engagement : Engage with the online community, respond to customer queries, and manage customer relationships on social media and other digital channels.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience : 2+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Creativity : Ability to create engaging content and bring new ideas to life in a way that supports the brand and connects with the target audience.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and website edits
• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing landing pages
• Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot is a plus
