General Manager / Head - Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of 30+ digital marketing professionals,
ensuring optimal performance and career development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the digital marketing department, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources, and that projects meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's
business goals and growth objectives.
- Create a comprehensive digital marketing plan that includes performance marketing,
SEO/SEM, content strategy, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, mobile,
and display advertising.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure optimal spend across all
channels.
- Explore new digital marketing channels and partnerships to expand the company's
digital presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, and influencers to
maximize marketing impact.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights to senior management, including KPIs,
campaign performance, and digital marketing trends.
- Regularly report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, highlighting
successes, challenges, and areas of improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure digital campaigns are tracked,
measured, and optimized to achieve desired outcomes.
Key requirements from Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing large teams in a high-performance, fast-paced
environment.
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- candidate should handle 5 - 6 different portfolios
