Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at NI GROUP , you will be responsible for driving and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative digital campaigns, enhance our online presence, and attract potential customers. The role requires proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services across various platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube by creating engaging content, posting updates, and interacting with followers.
• SEO & SEM : Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads) to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
• Content Creation : Develop and manage content for blog posts, newsletters, property listings, video marketing, and other digital assets to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Lead Generation : Use digital channels to generate qualified leads for sales teams, leveraging targeted advertising, landing pages, email marketing, and more.
• Email Marketing : Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and property promotions to a segmented audience.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to optimize campaigns.
• Brand Building : Assist in building and promoting the company's brand through digital marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company values and goals.
• Collaboration : Work closely with sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and deliver a cohesive experience to potential clients.
• Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in digital marketing and real estate.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Canva, and others.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions.
• Creative and strategic thinking with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with the real estate market and trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with real estate listing platforms.
• Video production and editing skills.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
