Responsibilities: • Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Social Media Strategy: Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPIs.
• Trend Analysis: Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.
• Innovative Strategies: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Experimentation: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Analytical Evaluation: Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Conversion Optimization: Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels.
• Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and perspective for digital marketing adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications / Skills: • Client Relationship Management: Ability to create and maintain client relationships.
• Customer Focus: Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Creativity: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience: Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
• Campaign Management: Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Landing Page Optimization: Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experimentation: Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Analytics Tools: Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush).
• Ad Serving Tools: Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• PPC Campaigns: Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
