We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Expert with a strong focus on social media marketing to drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads through strategic social media campaigns. This role requires a proactive lead who can manage a team, develop innovative strategies, and deliver measurable results.### Your Main Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy and Execution:
• Strategic Planning:


• Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aimed at generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with target audiences.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the social media landscape.


• Content Creation and Management:


• Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.


• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.


• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media channels.


• Social Media Advertising:


• Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns, focusing on lead generation and conversion.


• Manage budget allocation for social media advertising, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.


• Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments and drive qualified leads.


• Community Engagement:


• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and feedback.


• Engage with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.


• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.



2. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
• Campaign Development:


• Design and execute lead generation campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.


• Utilize a mix of content marketing, gated content, webinars, and other tactics to capture high-quality leads.


• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve lead conversion rates.


• Lead Nurturing:


• Develop lead nurturing workflows and automated email sequences to engage and convert leads through the sales funnel.


• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes.


• Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead interactions and measure campaign effectiveness.



3. PPC Campaign Management:
• PPC Strategy and Execution:


• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.


• Create compelling ad copy, design visual assets, and implement effective targeting strategies to drive conversions.


• Monitor PPC campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.


• Performance Analysis:


• Use advanced analytics tools to track PPC campaign performance, identify trends, and measure success against KPIs.


• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.



4. Email Marketing and Automation:
• Campaign Development:


• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.


• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver personalized content.


• Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.


• Automation and Optimization:


• Use marketing automation tools to set up and manage automated email workflows.


• Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.


• Test different email elements (e.g., subject lines, call-to-actions) to improve engagement and effectiveness.



5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Data Analysis:


• Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.


• Track key metrics, such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions, to measure campaign success.


• Reporting:


• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.


• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.


• Continuous Improvement:


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
• Cross-functional Collaboration:


• Work closely with internal teams, including content, design, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment and support for digital marketing initiatives.

• Stakeholder Communication:


• Present digital marketing strategies, plans, and performance reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
