Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns, ensuring our social media profiles stay updated and engaging, and driving our brand's digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine social media strategies.
• Digital Advertising:
• Create and manage online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Optimize ads for maximum ROI through A/B testing, keyword research, and performance monitoring.
• Stay updated with digital ad trends to implement effective strategies.
• Content Creation:
• Develop compelling visual and written content to promote our courses and programs.
• Collaborate with the design team for high-quality graphics and videos.
• Website Updates:
• Coordinate with the web team to ensure the website is updated with the latest courses, blogs, and events.
• Optimize website content for SEO to drive organic traffic.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and basic photo/video editing software.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the education or e-learning sector.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with local marketing trends in Haldwani and the surrounding region.
