Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management (SMM) , Search Engine Optimization (SEO) , and Website Management . The candidate must have hands-on expertise in managing WordPress websites, customizing functionalities with PHP, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management (SMM) :

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Create, curate, and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Track and analyze performance to optimize social media campaigns.

2. Website Management:

• Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring smooth functionality and regular updates.
• Customize themes, plugins, and core functionality using PHP.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor and improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct SEO audits and address technical issues.

4. Digital Advertising Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor budgets and performance metrics to improve ROI.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

• Use tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and website traffic.
• Generate insights and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and SMM.
• Proficiency in WordPress and PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
