Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of online marketing strategies, SEO, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaign Management :
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROI).
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company's website.
• Perform keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategy.
• Social Media Marketing :
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and engage with the community to boost brand presence.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts, advertisements, and promotions.
• Content Creation and Strategy :
• Develop and curate content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing assets (e.g., graphics, videos).
• Maintain brand consistency in all content produced.
• Email Marketing :
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales.
• Create engaging email newsletters, promotional offers, and targeted email sequences.
• Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and optimize for better results.
• Analytics and Reporting :
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to track and analyze digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights based on data to help optimize future campaigns.
• Collaboration and Coordination :
• Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement best practices to improve results.
• Paid Media Advertising :
• Manage paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor budgets and adjust ad spending to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience :
• Experience (0-1 year) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Skills :
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative and detail-oriented with an eye for design and user experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
